He was doing his rehab starts with Birmingham. Probably a 40minute plane ride down to Tampa.

He's supposed to start throwing again as soon as tomorrow, but he might be at least 2 starts away from returning to the White Sox active roster. If there are no further setbacks, Jake Peavy and that shoulder might start the Sox next road trip at Seattle's Safeco Field May 6th vs. the Mariners. I wouldn't be shocked if Ozzie & pitching coach Don Cooper put Jake on a pitch count if he indeed returns in the next 2 weeks.
