Best fastball I've ever seen in my 52 years in baseball was Luis Tiant. I mean if he was on, it was 3 pitches and grab some bench.

They gave everyone that works there one. My mom is in HR and she has one. Speeps Jr has a pic with it. It looks like a ring pop.

"best left handed pitcher I ever saw while pitching at home, during the day, wearing white uniforms and facing a mostly right handed line up was.....". Who the fuck cares. Go away hawk.

I saw three fucking popups that were "just missed" for home runs.
What the fuck does that mean?
If you crank it and it bounces off the top of the wall, THEN you just missed it.

 Greg Maddux won 350 games on making you miss by that 1/32. So I guess he just missed being shitty.

I'm guessing Yaz might not even know who Hawk is. "Oh, yeah, I remember that guy. The one with the big schnoz who went 1 for 13 in the '67 World Series and got replaced by Jose Tartabull."

I'm fairly certain that during the broadcast last night, He said that the hardest thrower he'd ever faced was "Sudden" Sam McDowell. He then made some comment about how Sam once struck out the old Hawkeroo on 2 pitches. While he was still in the on-deck circle

One of the most enjoyable things about getting the Hell out of here in the Summer is getting the Hell away from the broadcast of Hawk Harrelson!!!!!!

I know he said this in the most serious tone. The kind of tone a doctor uses when he tells you a loved one has died.
