of shitting themselves against the Twins. Happens sometime between the week before Labor Day and the first week of September, every year. You can almost set your (figurative) watch to it. Meh Tonight's matchup is Slowey against Buehrle. Here's your lineup 1. Pierre, LF 2. Ramirez, SS 3. Konerko, 1B 4. Rios, CF 5. Viciedo, DH 6. De Aza, RF 7. Flowers, C 8. Morel, 3B 9. Beckham, 2B Good christ, Rios is hitting cleanup. Fuck I think they're gonna get swept |

The two youngsters account for another run. I wonder what kind of lift they could have provided in May or June or July or August..... |

Top of the 8th Twins down 2-0. The leadoff hitter gets on and Gardy decides to bunt him over to 2nd. The next two hitters make outs and it's the end of the inning. Thanks Gardy! |

It was a 2 hour, 4 minute quickie that Mark Buehrle and 2 other relievers shut out the Twins last night for the White Sox 4th win in a row. I don't know about you, but if Ron Gardenhire was managing elsewhere in Bud Selig's MLB, the Twins' skipper would be in trouble. That team doesn't look anything like the one that gave the Sox trouble earlier this season. |

The lineup is in for the White Sox as they try for a 5th straight win for only the second time this maddening season. Here are the 9 that'll deal with Twins' righty Anthony Swarzak: 1 Juan Pierre LF (L) 10 Alexei Ramirez SS (R) 14 Paul Konerko 1B (R) 51 Alex Rios CF (R) 24 Dayan Viciedo DH (R) 30 Alejandro De Aza RF (L) 17 Tyler Flowers C (R) 22 Brent Morel 3B (R) 15 Gordon Beckham 2B (R) Zach Stewart does the chucking for the White Sox in the second of three with the freefalling Twins. |

Sox take at least 2 out of 3, I wouldn't be surprised if they are swept. |

Son of a bitch this is about the same time last year that Beckham got hit in the hand. I hope it's not that serious. Nice inning. I luv when the other team gives runs away. |
