I haven't heard who will be promoted but there are 3-4 guys who could get the call. RHP Addison Reed should be a lock. He could very well be the future closer. RHP Gregori Infante was called up last September and should get the call again this year. SS Eduardo Escobar would be a nice extra infielder/pinch runner.

Other possibilities include LHP Hector Santiago, OF Lastings Milledge, OF Jordan Danks and 3B Dallas McPhearson. De Aza, Viciedo and Lucy will obviously stay.

Chicagobreakingsports.com reports that the White Sox have indeed called up relievers Addison Reed & Shane Lindsay, plus SS/2B Eduardo Escobar from Triple "A" Charlotte, in addition to activating C A.J. Pierzynski from the 15-day DL after being out with a wrist injury. More call-ups are definitely possible.
