Justed inked a sponsorship deal with Everlast heavy bags. You can't say Robin was a bad hire....because Dan Bernstein says so and his parrot Terry agrees. |

Berns makes a great point. Robin has never managed a game in his life. So you really can't judge him as a manager. |

None of Bernsteins points are ever valid. He just says them to get a rise out of the listener, It's just a game to him. Basically,he's just a prick. |

You have two young candidates building up excellent resumes who can be had on the cheap. You have one highly decorated veteran manager who can be had for a large price. Then you have a guy off the street who has really done nothing in his life to indicate that he is even interested in managing. For everyone saying "we don't know", while that is true, why would anyone ever take that risk. Is Robin so singularly excellent that you have to break conventions to hire him...despite his lack of interest. This hire process was more analagous to how a dalai lama is chosen rather than a job interveiw |

One of these days you're going to have to realize that Lil Danny doesn't have original thoughts. He just reguritates other peoples thoughts and passes them off as his own. http://www.baseballprospectus.com/artic ... leid=15258 |

The only thing Berns knows about baseball is what he reads. He couldn't be more correct. |

You can spend a first round pick on a guy out of Worchester Polytechnic, but you can't judge if he can play in the NFL until he plays some. But you sure as hell can judge the logic of spending your first round pick on an unproven D-III player when you have several fairly obviously better options to pick from. |

I mean actual tears. |

I'm looking at almost a generation of being pissed off at KW with Hudson pitching and Martinez/Alomar managing. |
