While it does seem kinda obvious now, nobody really stated it as a reason Robin was hired as manager. Kenny gets to play exactly who he wants. Maybe even a game by game basis, including lineups. No, I didn't just have some deep thoughts about this, but was bombarded with Chuck Garfien tweets as he is obviousely having a sit down with Kenny and is sending out the comments regarding who will be playing what positions, batting where and starting? Now I always thought the manager was the guy who did that stuff? All kinda makes sense now. |

Suggestion for audio person (that's Mr. Hubble, right?) for when we see a shot of Kenny in his box....."Master of Puppets" by Metallica. |

Wasnt he a Low A guy at age 23? I would assume though if he doesnt get better, Kenny would still call him up for a couple of AB's before he quit the game. Which I would think would actually be a cool thing to do as his dad, especially if they are out of the running. Yes, it would be total nepotism and the Guillen family would tweet about it for 2 weeks straight, but might be the coolest thing I have seen kenny do. |
