Are there going to be no replays because it was a Fox game?

I don't think it will be rebroadcast, in large part because it was an "MLB on FOX" game. Besides, MLB Network has "30 Games in 30 Days", or something like that. Outside Chicago, MLBN will have the Red Sox/White Sox game Thursday night.

The hell do you think? You just answered your own question. It's a damn national game. Comcast doesn't have the rights to it. You think Fox is gonna pre-empt tonight's network lineup to replay a Saturday 3rd tier broadcast between two suck-ass teams?

The hell?

Guys, it was the backup "MLB on FOX" game that didn't register much of a mention on the MLB Network-powered pregame show Saturday afternoon. Host Matt Vasgersian & analysts Harold Reynolds & Kevin Millar were babbling most of the show about...wait for it...Yankees/Red Sox, which was FOX Sports' featured game. For a while anyway, Philip Humber's perfect game did the impossible. It pushed the latest Yankees/Red Sox matchup off the front page.

I'm waiting for some ominous music and Rod Serling's voice...

Chew on this, too. Would White Sox fans want to hear Dave Sims, the regular TV voice of the Mariners on ROOT Sports Northwest, calling Humber's perfect game with Eric Karros on the "MLB on FOX"? I didn't think so.

Frank, he can't stand them BOTH, and both work for parent company CBS, just like he does!

So Mac doesn't like Tin Cup? I mean, I can understand not liking Don Johnson's character in the movie, but it was still a decent flick.

   What's she doing these days? No, Mac can't stand Phil Simms, the former Giants' QB turned "NFL on CBS" lead analyst, as well as Dave Sims, who called Saturday's perfect game for Philip Humber and the White Sox vs. the Mariners on the "MLB on FOX" with Eric Karros. While I'm at it, memo to Karros...The White Sox third baseman is Brent Morel, not "Brent Moral."

That sucks for Comcast. I promise you that would have been a Christmas Eve/Day or NYE/Day piece of programming for them

Chances are, another White Sox gem from this season will air around the holidays.

I'm sure you heard Cooper call Mully out for his dumbass questioning today yes?

Don Cooper is one of the few guys who actually makes me sympathize with Mully. It must be a real bitch having to interview that guy.

Actually, it was about as good as you're gonna get out of Coop.

Mully was trying to make a point about Buehrle and his perfect game; "that was the high point of the season, so its gotta be something, and again not that it wasn't special for Buehrle, but basically you have your 5th starter throwing a perfect game, so that has to be special for you."

Cooper: "Well, I'm not really sure what your question is, but yea it was special." Coop then said that they have 5 solid starters and blah blah.

It was typically Mully, taking 30 seconds to try an ask a question, only to have it get so wrapped up in his own asinine point that the guest has no idea how to answer.....or if its even a question at all.

They have replayed Ed Farmer's call, and you can also check out McNeilandSpiegel.com, as well as DanPatrick.com if you wish to listen to either interview.
