Every time the Cubs go on a winning streak over the years, I would always think of the Major League Its all coming together music. I bet Indians fans do as well. Rag tag bunch of misfits |

Agreed Boyd. No reason why they shouldn't take two of these. They'll win the Peavy start, and I will hold out hope that we'll see good Gavin in this series. I have no faith in Danks anymore. You just don't know what you're ever getting...kinda like how I felt every time Vasquez or Contreras took the bump. |

Sox sweep the Tribe and take 2 of 3 in Tampa. Then have a losing homestand against the Mariners, Blue Jays, and Astros |

I'm actually more concerned about losing the Peavy start. Lowe has pretty good numbers, and as a sinkerballer, once he gets through the first inning or 2, he's a tough guy to hit off of...especially for the Sox. |

I don't find anything very impressive about the Indians, yet they are playing well and are in 1st place. Why are they a good team? |

BD wrote: I don't find anything very impressive about the Indians, yet they are playing well and are in 1st place. Why are they a good team? They have guys that can hit. Just no one with a big name. Their pitching staff isn't bad. It helps that the Tigers are underperforming for the last 30-some games...I think I heard Gammons mention that they're 11-22 in their last 33 games. |

I really don't relish the thought of Quintana getting his brains beaten in like most of their minor league call ups seem to get. Gomez does have great stuff, though. |

Should be an avg of 30k at the stadium this weekend. Great weather all weekend, including mid-90's on Sunday. Make it happen, Sox fans. |

Sox lose 2 of 3 as Sunday is a guaranteed loss because the Speeps family will be in attendance. |

Drawing 30,000 on a beautiful holiday weekend should not be something to brag about. |

Dont know if I heard it correctly but during Rangers pre game interview with Stone, Im almost sure Stone said that Beckham's .204 average isn't really hurting the Sox in the 2 hole. |

Ya know it's really too bad the White Sox have the worst farm system in the history of the world that they're not able to call a guy up from the minors (Jose Quintana) to give the team a boost when needed. |
