The Tribe comes to town. The Sox had an epically shitty weekend. The Tigers were almost as bad...hence still a 1 game lead. Cool.

Comcast SportsNet is now part of the NBC Sports Group, and NBC's famous "Peacock" is now in the CSN logo. I wouldn't be shocked if a name change for the regional sports network is soon in the cards.

It doesn't matter who owns them, SHARK. The games will be televised on CSN. No need to even put NBC on there.

I'm also certain that everybody who needs to/wants to listen to the Sox on the radio knows they are on the Score, so you probably don't need to mention that every game either.

That's true, but for those who wish to listen to the games in Spanish, it's ESPN Deportes 97.5 FM.

There's a chance Comcast SportsNet might change its name in the coming months, especially now that NBC is involved.

The lineups are in for the first of three with the Indians. Here's how Cleveland lines up vs. lefty Chris Sale:

6 Lou Marson C (R)
12 Ezequiel Carrera CF (L)
Starting Pitcher: 34 Zach McAlister (RHP; 5-8, 4.31 ERA)

As for the White Sox vs. McAlister:

32 Adam Dunn DH (L)
14 Paul Konerko 1B (R)
51 Alex Rios RF (R)

I think they will, especially if Zach McAlister pitches like Zach Zaidman & ex-CLTV sports anchor Lance McAlister...Not good. As obscure as that last name appears, there's little margin for error now.

How do you know how Zaidman pitches SHARK? Have you ever caught him?

I was trying to be funny when I mentioned ZZ & Lance McAlister...

I have a follow up question.

Do you think the Sox will win the division? And if they do, how far will they get in the playoffs?

I think they'll win the AL Central and maybe win 1 series. That's it.

SHARK

They will have the 3rd best record of division winners. By rule, that makes them play #2, unless the Wild Card winner is from the same division as #1. So, the Sox will play Baltimore or Texas.

C'mon, Chris. You cruised thru the first 2 batters, don't give anything up now.

Well, this will be a bullpen night. Even is Sale settles down he's thrown a lot of pitches already.

Vanover sucks tonite.

Keep rooting for those Tigers, cpguy! Its always a good September when Cubs fans are rooting for an AL Central team that is not the White Sox.

That was a terrible call. He tagged him as De Aza ass was sliding across the plate. Bad fucking call.
