Time for the Rays to put the boys out of our misery...it's been a fun ride, just ran out of gas in the end.

No. It was the great umpire conspiracy that wouldn't let them pitch in the strike zone.

Shields vs Peavy. At least Jake will pitch with a set of balls tonight and challenge the Rays hitters rather than that pussy bullshit those homos were lobbing in there last night.

Yeah because you're not winning the David Price game....he's going for win # 20, and you know that means a lot.

Facing 4 pretty solid pitchers, they better find that deal again where they play up to the level of their competition.

Also SHARK, had you read my post, you would know that David Price has 19 wins, because I mentioned that he was going for win #20.

Spmack, that's not what I saw in the Sun-Times. David Price has 18 wins, not 19.

If you're planning to watch tonight's Game 1 of Rays/White Sox on Comcast SportsNet, you'll notice Ken Harrelson conspicously absent from the broadcast. Steve Stone will call the game this eve with former onetime Sox OF Mike Huff from the Bulls/Sox Academy. Hawk is actually sick, according to ESPNChicago.com's Bruce Levine's Twitter.

Watching that shit last night is probably what made him sick.

I think the Sox lose tonite, and then somehow rattle off 5 wins in a row with the last game in Cleveland being the deciding factor.

RV has flipflopped Dunn & Konerko...sort of. The Trib's Mark Gonzales tweeted moments ago that Dunn will now be at 1B & Konerko DH-ing.

Why are they broadcasting the game from the Bulls/Sox Academy?

Peeps, what's your record for predicting the series? You've been pretty close on these for a while, IIRC.

Today and Saturday are the only games they will have a shot at.....you're not winning the Gavin Floyd suckfest, and like I said earlier, David Price is going to 20. He missed out on 20 back in 2010 in his last start of that season, and I'm sure that's in his mind.

He basically just says the Sox will win 1/3 or 1/4 every time. If they have a good series, happy. And if they don't, he's right- or close enough. Just my take

I missed the start of the game, is Hawk getting the night off? Sounds like Stone is doing PBP.
