RFDC wrote: Just so we know all going into the season. Derivative trolling. No Sox fan finds choking acceptable. Cubs fans believe 100 losses is all just part and parcel of a master plan. It shouldn't be an embarrassment because it God told Theo who told the Cub fans that it was supposed to happen. |

No Sox fans just try to argue away the fact that their team choked by using semantics and circular logic. |

I'm not sure I've ever seen a young kid like that in the champagne celebration. I don't really like that. |

The sox are going to blow this thing up, but won't come close to losing 100 games. |

It's moot. The Sox will finish third behind Kansas City and Detroit, never even sniffing first place. |

Does KC have 5 MLB ready starting arms in their minor leagues for next year and simply chose to sandbag this year to achieve the Cubbie fan coveted high draft pick? If they don't KC is going nowhere again. |

I was hoping that some of that wine/champagne got into Cabrera's mouth and he went off on a two week bender. |

Sorta like the episode of the Simpsons where Barney straightened up and became a good pilot, and then caught just a sip of beer (I think) and immediately became back to the drunk. |

good dolphin wrote: I see bad times ahead for your Yankees. Join the club. I have not felt good about this team all year. Nova is apparently done. Sabathia has been injured and fatigued, but Bozo Joe left him in for eight (8) full innings with a 9 - 2 lead. Hughes is guaranteed to give up a critical home run at the absolute worst possible time. Pettitte has pitched very little this year. They will need to outslug teams, which is a horrible post-season scenario. |
