North of the border to Toronto they go. 1-5 in their last 6. 4 games to end the road trip...and SkyDump is typically a house of horrors for the Pale Hose. Toronto is one of the 2 best teams in the AL East, and I fully expect Buehrle to kick the Sox' collective asses tonight. Matchups: Tonight: Gavin Fraud (0-2, 5.56) vs Mark Buehrle (0-0, 10.24) Tomorrow: Axelrod (0-1, 5.79) vs Josh Johnson (0-1, 11.05) Wednesday: Quintana (0-0, 4.09) vs JA Happ (2-0, 3.48) Thursday: Sale (1-1, 5.21) vs RA Dickey (1-2, 5.82) Should be a good series for Toronto pitchers to get back on track. Sox get swept. |

This has the makings of a bad series for the Sox. A split would be nice, but likely to to go 1-3 |

If the White Sox split this series at one of their houses of horror besides Overstock.com Coliseum in Oakland, that'll suffice. Unfortunately, there's very little that ever seems to go right for the Sox, regardless if it's called Rogers Centre now or SkyDome then in Toronto. I don't like the Sox chances tonight in particular vs. ex-teammate Mark Buehrle and the awful Gavin Floyd on the bump. |

The Sox were 4-3 in Toronto last year. I expect no worse than a split. |

I still don't see why Axelrod starts instead of Santiago. I could understand worrying about the lefty thing if the replacement was equal but this guy is far superior to Axlerod. |

The lineups are in for the first of 4 with the Blue Jays. "losing pitcher" Gavin Floyd. Orr, your hatred of a Sox pitcher is directed at the wrong guy. |

Floyd is now 1-4 with a 7.25 ERA at Rogers Centre. He's winless (0-2) in 3 starts this year with a 6.32 ERA. I really don't think the guy is a bad pitcher, but a change of scenery might be best for him and the team. |

They need to package him with Konerko, or Peavy or any other over the hill Sox player and get the fuck rid of him. Then rebuild the team, something Kenny "Giant Ego" Williams would never do. |
