What the fuck is a frush?

Sox coming in off a series win against the mighty Rangers. No Gavin Fraud in this series. Lord knows who's pitching (I'll look it up later).

Sox take 2

Not sure they're playing tonight. The weather in Kansas City today might be better suited for Bears & Chiefs than White Sox & Royals.

Also, USA Today's Bob Nightengale has Tweeted that Gavin Floyd is headed for Tommy John Surgery. In plain English, we've seen the last of Floyd this season.

Tonight's scheduled game has been postponed in Kansas City due to miserable weather conditions there. It'll be rescheduled for Monday at 1:10P, which would've been one of two scheduled off days next week for the White Sox. They haven't announced who will start that game, but it's believed the Sox will start Dylan Axelrod tomorrow (weather permitting) & Jose Quintana Sunday at Kauffman Stadium.

Oh by the way, the weather forecast for tomorrow in K.C. isn't much better.

Another nice outing from Axelrod and again these piles of shit can't touch Jeremy fuckin Guthrie. I don't know how many times I have to say something about this shit fuck team is unbelievable. These fucking assholes fucking suck ass.

That was a Royals record for Guthrie. 17 consecutive games without a loss!

So Beckham took batting practice today. He can't get back soon enough.

Nice attempt at a 'dive' Swamp Donkey. More like a belly-flop.

Robin burned thru most of his bullpen so all that's left is Duante Heath and Brian Omogrosso. Pauly better hit a HR here because this thing isn't getting past the 10th.

Nope. Maybe Gilespie can do something?? Nope.

That had to be the first intentional walk in Chris Getz's career. The fuck are you intentionally walking Chris Getz with a rookie pitcher on the mound!?!? This team is a fucking joke.

Maybe someday the Sox organization will learn the value of an out and the value of a baserunner. Until then, they will continue losing in painful ways.

I don't know which I liked better....Addison Reed giving up the double to Butler to tie the game, or Rios allowing a perfectly catchable ball to go over his head to lose it the following inning. I may just stop watching Cub games for a while and just watch Sox games and root for the opposition. Much more likely to enjoy the game.

This didn't matter, and burning through the bullpen didn't matter. At least not yesterday. Errors and lack of clutch hitting in the 5th inning where they Wise on 2nd with nobody out is what hurt them. Its hurt them all year.

This team isn't good enough to overcome defensive miscues and contstantly walking guys. Quintana and Axelrod, again with good outings that ultimately have gone wasted.

Steve,

You are a guy in his forties, on a week end no less, trying to bait other grown ups about their favorite baseball team, on a message board with maybe 200 regular posters.

Are you sure your life is as good as you claim it is?

Chris Sale toes the rubber in this make-up game in just a few minutes vs. the Royals' James Shields. It would've been Jake Peavy, but he won't start for a second straight start due to back issues. A DL stint for Peavy is a very real possibility.

Will the Sox win today? Does it matter? Is Elmhurst Steve a douche?

The answer is yes to one of those questions....

Chicago White Sox:
1. LF: Alejandro De Aza
2. 2B: Jeff Keppinger
3. RF: Alex Rios
4. DH: Adam Dunn
5. 1B: Paul Konerko
6. 3B: Conor Gillaspie
7. SS: Alexei Ramirez
8. C: Tyler Flowers
9. CF: DeWayne Wise
SP: Chris Sale

Kansas City Royals:
1. LF: Alex Gordon
2. SS: Alcides Escobar
3. DH: Billy Butler
4. 1B: Eric Hosmer
5. CF: Lorenzo Cain
6. 3B: Mike Moustakas
7. RF: Jeff Francoeur
8. C: Salvador Perez
9. 2B: Chris Getz
SP: James Shields

So Dewayne Wise gets yet another start in CF for the White Sox. By the way, Peavy WILL start the Mets' Interleague game Wednesday in Queens, NY. His back is feeling much better, and the Jerry Lawler-looking Don Cooper explains to Chris Rongey after the break on the White Sox Radio Network.

That won't be necessary. Peavy is good to go Wednesday vs. the Mets in Queens, NY. As always, you know what that means without the DH in the NL park. Dunn? Konerko? Who sits?

I really have no idea why you would start Sale on 4 days of rest. I know its an emergency but this is your prized pitcher who is still in his formative years.

30 pitch first inning for Sale. Gonna be an early exit today. Edit. Make that 35
