We are going to need a 40 time, bench press reps at 225 and a full football scouting report.

The team with one of the best farm systems in baseball made a trade with a team who has the worst system in baseball and the fans of the team with the worst system think their GM did a great job.

Because the Rays are known for making bad deals.

Rick Hahn doesn't have a computer? That would seem like a disadvantage.

We're trying to be more like fans of the Cubs.

They got a body for Crain.

That's a good deal in the land of Finfer.

1. Hahn is Jewish
2. You Die Hard Sox fans that dont know who Howard Pizer is, feel free to turn in your "PRIDE" cards on the way out.

Howard gave Speeps Jr. a nice backpack on Friday when he went to pick grandma up from work.

If Theo traded an injured pitcher, Cubs fans would be fawning all over him. You know its true.

Kind of like a Sox fan saying that they pulled of a STEAL OF A TRADE?

Careful, Sox could trade Peavy to the O's for that guy who just had Tommy John surgery.

The acquisition of surgically repaired pitchers is the new exploitation of market inefficiency.

Hendry loved the injured pitcher gamble

If you dont rely on the guy, its not a gamble, its a good move. Scott Baker, for example, if it works is a good deal.

If you planned on scott Baker being a starter for you this year, that is "No gouda"

That's part of the reason Theo can do no wrong. The Cubs aren't relying on anyone. Just let me know when they decide they are trying to win so I can judge the team accordingly.
