If Stone claims he thought .500 would have been monumental, that leads one to beleive that Stone felt the Sox would be about 5-15 games under .500, that is not an optimistic view. The open glove with no ball in it gave me a clue. Also, unless the CF is really a guy who loves fucking with people, 99% of OF's at any level would lift the glove up showing the ball! showing he just made a great catch. And that Steve Stone must be brilliant because he figured it out. |

Let me add that they just played Farmers call of the Abreu HR on the Sunday morning show and there was zero hesitation about it being a HR from Farmer. So I guess he figured it out too. |
