3 relief pitchers
A second baseman
A catcher
A leftfielder

So I am riding the lawn tractor listening and I thought to myself. I said, self, why is the plan genius but "the kids can play" was the most moronic thing ever in some eyes?

I have a lot more faith that the White Sox will build up a team from a farm system and free agency over the Cubs. The White Sox have a proven track record of guys coming up from their system.

Right now, I'll take Jose Abreu over any position player in the Cubs system. I'll take Chris Sale over any pitcher in the Cubs system.

We will see this year's draft pick win 16 games next year and gained Garcia and Abreu this year. I have no idea when the Cub's guys come up. Sure I might look dumb and Cubs win 10 series. We will see? I also watched the Royals and Pirates a long time.
