These are my expectations going forward. Anything less than this is failure. 2014: Within 2 games of .500 2015: Make the playoffs or have at least 87 wins. After that competitive at least every other year. Also, a top 10-15 payroll, and if they are winning and need to keep players then a top 10 payroll. |

Is it reasonable to expect Jerry can extract more transfer payments to support a top 10-15 payroll? |
