The key is we got something for De Aza instead of having to choose between offering Arb or non tendering him this offseason. I doubt either of these guys amount to anything, but there's a minute chance they will and it's worth giving up De Aza to find out. The fella we got for Dunn is a lot more useful. |

For reference, two of the A ballers we got thrown into the Peavy trade are Cleuluis Rondon and Frank Montas, both of whom have taken big steps this year. I wouldn't be shocked if we get more out of them than we do out of Avisail Garcia. |
