I don't think they will need to divide up LHP and RHP the way the do during the regular season. I think there is enough of a difference between Quintana and Sale that even with a lefty lineup batting two days in a row the opponents hitters will still be off.

The shutdown bullpen will also allow them to limit innings so that we can work with a three man rotation.

I don't like 3 man playoff rotations, and until proven otherwise Chris Sale is NOT Madison Bumgarner in the postseason.

I wonder if the 2015 rings will be as nice as the 2005 ones are.

I think the two huge diamonds might be a little gauche but jr wants it for his legacy

Sox fan in your office is wrong. I need my ace to go more than 5 innings.

I think I'm more upset about the draft pick. No it's the contract. No it's the draft pick. No it's the contract. No.......

It's not a terrible argument. I would still throw Sale out there first, but it's close.

I disagree.

I mean, I dont think Scherzer is that low.

But I do think there is a drop off after Kershaw, Felix and Sale

I'm confused by your response. I thought you were talking about the Sox rotation. Obviously, I like Kershaw and Felix better than Max.

I didn't rank Scherzer low, I just said he is behind Sale. I'm a fan of a pitcher who can miss bats. But, like FF said, I need my ace to get through six innings without throwing 125 pitches.
