The great new bullpen. The "ace" acquisition. The 1-2 punch of Abreu/LaRoche. Hahn doing it the "right" way. Rebuilding on the fly, not losing on purpose. Or are they? Hard to tell. |

In the September batting practice session, Guerrero Jr. hits with a wooden bat and, like his father, doesn't use batting gloves." ok, so clearly the plan here is to tank it and get some high draft picks to build around vlad jr in the year 2020+ right? this kid is hitting HRs off of pitches that bounced, and since he's an international draft pick there's gotta be a better chance of !!! cuz he was a spoiled rich bastard/ish kid growing up in the dominican as opposed to the USA, which woulda made him softer than a juan pierre single. btw lost in the whole hoopla over the sox getting got thing was that they never had much of a chance from the onset because yordano ventura is appointment TV when he's on point. |
