On a team that is playing horribly. Last night was perfect evidence of that because they blew the lead after he left the game, and their defense was God awful. If you don't want Sale, the Cubs will gladly take him off your hands. Last night was sweet, Cubs/Reds, Hardknocks, Sox/Twins, left to right in the man cave. Cubs comeback win. Twins comeback win. Dennis happy. |

I'd be curious to see his stats with a defense that weren't 8 bumbling clowns. |

It's the AL, first off. You watch the way he strikes guy out, and the batters are lost against him. He isn't perfect, but no pitchers are. Bumgarner had plenty of poor outings early in the season. Kershaw too if I recall. Plus Sale plays on a God awful team. The guy is sick good. |

What is his ERA vs the Twins compared to the rest of the league? It feels like the Twins have his number. |

And if he stays healthy Nas, he will get a big dollar deal. If he doesn't well then his decision to take $67M was an excellent one. |

Despite the Cubs-Sox thing, let's not be ridiculous. Chris Sale is a damn good pitcher. Even on a day when he only gives up three, he is ridiculed. The Cubs would take him as our third starter every day of the week. |

All Sox players are the next Dan Marino until they aren't, and then they never were.

Chris Sale CWS 2,829 Pitches thrown 9th overall.... 108.8 Per game #1 in MLB I am sure he will be fine. |

Post subject: | Re: FU Chris Sale |
I would like to see how he pitches if he was on the Royals or pretty much any other team that is able to chase and pick up the ball. I think the Sox defense causes him to pitch for the strikeout running up his pitch count or when the ball get touched up it drops for a hit. |
