Twins got three easy ones coming. #Good finish.

in Minnesota was a particularly difficult location for the Sox last year. I'm hoping that will change

Today looks brutally cold up there. There is an off day tomorrow, so they could move the game to then if needed. Weds and Thurs look much better in Minne weather wise.

To gd's valid point, 2 of 3 would be very nice.

Bad start for the ump. Doubt Q gets this same zone... gonna get ugly today.

He missed the pole by a fingernail. Still great work to come back the next pitch and drive in 2.

All on Q to win this game now.

Don't be silly. It will be 3-3 when he leaves the game. Q's not a winner.

I like Quintana, but he does struggle pitching with a lead. He nibbled his way to that walk (to be fair, he could've easily gotten a K on that last call) against a guy who last go around couldn't touch him.

Very nice win. Quintana pitched very well and they got some timely hits. Now keep them Twins down for a couple more days.

Pitching overall has been fantastic this year.

Aside from Duke and Danks it has been lights out. Love what I've seen out of Albers-Jones-Robertson.

When is the last time the Sox were 3 over .500?

Excited to see Rodon go again. He looks great last time out. With the rain out and day off, they should skip Danks. Big start to the season could equal another move. Add a bat or two.

Concerned about Rollins, but it is really early.

Sale is pitching Friday against Archer.

I would not recommend skipping starters with this group. Rodon was on an innings count last year and Sale annually has to skip a couple of starts. No reason to push the time frame.

It's nice to not be buried in the first few weeks of the season

Isn't it?

Twins have very quickly turned into a pile of garbage. Built the franchise around Mauer and Morneau. That backfired like a motherfucker.

Maybe Buxton and Sano will be the next wave

True except that they had two days off due to the rainout. And they have good options for the double header with Erik Johnson and Gonzalez. Still have some hopes that Danks can be a .500 innings eater.

Their rationale for bumping Sale up to Friday (Danks will pitch Saturday) is not throwing Sale off his schedule. It probably has something to do with Archer vs Danks being damn near automatic loss, though.

Archer-Sale would have loved to have gone to that. Too bad the stadium sucks.

I feel like were gonna lose a game this series. Minnesota is bad, but they aren't 0-9 bad.
