If Rodon can keep the walks under 6 per game, he should be solid. |

Rodon doesn't have enough skins on the wall yet and Quintana doesn't win games on his own. This is a good group and in the team picture for best but ultimately they are not the best. |

my takeaway from that article is a team 2.41 era is not sustainable and a fall back to mediocrity can be expected as the offense is not likely to be anything more than average |

The Sox look good early on. I want to see them against KC and Detroit. That will be the measuring stick. |

I dont care about the best 1-2-3 at all. I do care about the best overall pitching, and the Sox might actually have the best overall pitching in the majors this year if the 5th starter situation settles itself. Latos is gonna need a few more starts and Rodon's gonna have to cut back on the walks (not that they were his fault last game...) for me to buy the Sox as the best staff in the game. |

All it takes is a 3 game losing streak in April, and Cubs fans start flocking to the Sox section to get in their digs. Just shows the true underlying concerns they have about their own team. |

My team is boring. Win win win. I long for drama that human teams deal with during a 162 game season. When is October? |

In about 7 months. IF the Cubs get to October, they will have a real high exit velocity for sure. |
