That only works with a bad free throw shooter or a soft player. Rose is neither.

While I agree with you, Rose is also a high-flyer and is one bad foul or a wrong landing away from this board talking more about baseball.

Extremely nerve-racking to have Rose expend this much energy for round 1 of the playoffs. I share your concerns.

By the way, I'm not really sure what Thibs' offensive game plan is thusfar in the series. I mean; it appears that we want to work the ball inside, however the Bulls appear to be doing it backwards. Whenever Boozer or Gibson get an interior feed, they are taking a step back and firing up a mid-range jumper At the same time, our guards are driving more and attempting more floaters and whatnot.

My only comment is most of these fouls through both games have been hard, but clean fouls. Despite what announcers may want you to believe. At one point Stacey King was discussing how Hansbrough did not make an attempt for the ball / a black on a drive...foul committed in the air. They replayed it at least twice, clear as day Hansbrough swipes at the ball, making good contact with the ball as well as the player (Rose?)...it was a good foul. But no, Stacey King called it a dirty play. It was a pathetic display of homerism.

If you hate Laurence, then don't listen - don't comment. When he co-hosts the B&B show, take that day off ... listen to an old podcast of a Bernstein solo show and jerk off all day.

They aren't even hard fouls. They are just playoff fouls rather than the regular season where most players are not willing to risk an injury to a friend so they can stop 2 points in a game that matters very little.

I too am worried that our best player will get injured. I'm sure a guy in Miami is concerned about Wade's injuries and a guy in Los Angeles is worried that Kobe will get injured.
