Can someone explain to me why Tyrus was ejected at the end of the third? Hamilton was clearly baiting him and all he was doing was walking away. Did he say something?

hamilton is a pussy, hes got some history against the bull stemming from that cheap shot he threw at kirk last year. the fact that kirk was embarassing him on his home floor was just too much for him to take, good sportsmanship on his part. tyrus earned tons of points in my book for not backing down.

on a side note...is the fact that the bulls played so well without ben wallace a good thing?

I wouldn't put much stock in this one game without wallace, couldn't you make the same argument about how well they played practically without Ben Gordon? As Hubie said on espn, Skiles through a changeup at Detroit and played small and the bulls hit their shots and that's how they blew them off the court.

i think the fact that they played so well without gordon is significant. the bulls play better when either kirk or ben is on the floor by without the other guy. despite the fact that they are clearly the bulls best two guards i dont think they work well together. sometimes it seems that there is some indecision to who should be running the offense and wasnt there some rumblings about skiles favoring kirk over ben a while ago? defensively they are both undersized and thats a huge problem. its gonna be a tough call for the bulls on what to do with gordon. they seemingly like hinrich but gordon is the guy who they want taking the last shot and its very possible that lou might be better than either one of them.
