I love that you're so optimistic that you put game 1/5 on there.
Won't be able to watch it. I have to go to a wedding that my wife is standing up in. The lesson? Don't get married.

I'm hoping the Bulls consider starting P.J. Brown on Shaq. Wallace is a great help defender, and he's been ineffective guarding Shaq in previous playoffs (then again, who isn't), but I want to keep Wallace on the floor as much as possible.

Either way, I think Wallace will end up guarding Shaq more than Brown anyways, but just think starting a game, it might be a decent idea.

ben gordon goes for 35, shaq is in foul trouble the whole game, tyrus and Zo get ejected, and the bull win by 10

bulls really need to use the bounce pass once in awhile, not a great start

They're down by a single point; were they suppose to be up by 20 now or something? Cool off.

not the score, its the fact that Shaq has about 4 dunks and they seem intimidated anytime Wade penetrates.

You know what's great about this win. It was the feeling I had that no matter how close the Heat got I knew there was no way the Bulls were gonna lose this. You just knew they could hit big shots when they had to.

Deng and Gordon were awesome. So was Wallace.

One down. But it will defidently take the Bulls at least 6 games to finish them. But they will.

I wonder what he would say if the home team wins every game...the series never happened?

Bernsie's actualy right with that statement Home 5lice. He's not the first to say that. That's been a cliche for years. It's obviously true. Not a huge statement or anything.

Well cliche or not, I disagree with the statement...every win counts the same and the fact that they won at home doesn't make it any less important.

Do you guys think Skiles was saving the Gordon to point guard for the playoffs? So teams didn't see it and had to adjust to it. I think it's possible. If it wasn't planed Skiles should stick with it. Especially if Kirk has to Guard Wade. Give Kirk a chance to rest on offense and not handle the ball.

Great game for the Bulls, but I don't see Shaq fouling out again. Riley will try to slow the pace for game 2 because the Bulls got too many points on the break, but have immense difficulty scoring against the Heat's half court defense. Wade still doesn't look 100%. Can't wait for the next game.

As Nas said, Gordon has seen significant time at the point for the past two seasons, so his performance today was hardly a revelation. He has had some great games at the point, but his reckless passing and propensity to turn the ball over on the first step of his dribble make him better suited for the two guard spot at this point in his career.

I know he's played point. But never this much. Yes, Kirk was in foul trouble early but then usually Duhon runs the offense. But like Nas said, Duhon's getting less minutes because of Tabo.

I love it when Gordon's at the top of the key and does that hesitation crossover into the lane. He's so quick and that moves opens so much up.

They either collapse on him and he kicks or they don't and he puts up a floater or hits a big guy for a dunk. It's pretty.

As far as Shaq fouling out, I like what Skiles told his players. Don't focus on trying to get him to foul out, because he will have to hurt someone for a ref to throw him out of the game.

I guess Skiles was wrong...all it took was him trying to take a charge deep in the paint...something tells me that won't happen again.

Sefolosha came off the bench and played pretty good defense on Wade and hit some shots too. Tyrus had some nice moments too.

I'm worried that Wade's health won't be a factor, I think he was just tenative to start the game because he looked 100% in the 4th. If he comes out of the gates hot on Tuesday, that will be a problem for America.

Big games by Deng and Gordon. I loved the all around effort from both guys. This was the first time I can remember Deng really wanting the ball and calling for it. Gordon's 11 assists were huge and I loved the energy by Nocioni. The Bulls have been missing that for a while. Wallace stepped up after the 1st quarter and really got after it on the defensive end. Looks like Duhon might not be the first guard off the bench.

Nice breakdown, Nas. Deng was great, Gordon was OK, Nocioni was his typical playoff-clutch. I think Paxson really got something with Sefalosha; this kid frustrates the living hell out of the guy he's guarding, and his offensive capabilities look like they could be fairly high with some experience.
