At UC, Bulls' Hamilton hurt. Again. Pretty soon they're going to be calling him "Tear" instead of Rip!

That's not even a tenth of a Hanley.

I agree with DB. With how improved Brewer's offensive game, especially his jump shot, has been, it's time to just roll with him.

Offensively, it's probably a wash between the two. But Brewer is going to give so much more intensity on the defensive end, and that will probably be more valuable at this point.

Thats somewhat amazing considering what we knew 8 months ago. Rip is obviously showing signs he might be done but i can't believe how improved Brewer's jump shot and even passing have been. It's clear he's never played with this much confidence at the pro level. People forget him when talking about how this Bulls team is the same as last year's.

There's one guy in particular that was down on the Rip Hamilton signing from the getgo. That's Comcast SportsNet Bulls' pre, halftime & postgame host Mark Schanowski, who will be on the "Spiegel Show" tomorrow at 11a on 670 The SCORE. Schanowski has been on record questioning Rip's signing, especially all the games he's played in his NBA career and that he's been unable to stay healthy, even in this compressed season. Schanowski said in his weekly appearance about 2 weeks ago that the Bulls need to explore going after another #2 guard such as the Grizzlies' O.J. Mayo before the trade deadline. Not sure that's going to happen either, but Schanowski will tell you "I told you so..." tomorrow about Rip and his latest injury.

Jimmy Butler for Grant Hill.

Make it happen, GarPax

Really?

I don't think I'd like that.

Grant Hill was on "The Dan Patrick Show" today. Hard to believe, he's the 2nd oldest player behind the Blazers' Kurt Thomas (remember him?) in the NBA. Grant and his Suns' teammate Steve Nash have been mentioned in trade talks. The Bulls are NOT on the other end...

He's the guy they would have wanted if given the chance between Rip and Hill. They might as well go all-in right now. Butler's a project that won't be a major part of this contending nucleus in the next couple seasons. Hill is old, so Phoenix would probably move him on the cheap, and Hill would get a chance to get a ring.
