At least 5 years from happening. He will get the max extension this summer on top of his rookie contract being extended through 15-16. I say 5 years because maybe with a year left on his contract he gets traded if he says he is leaving.

Resigning Butler, which they should do obviously, is going to make it a bit more difficult to get Davis. New Orleans will be able to match any contract Davis signs, which they clearly will, but if he makes it clear he wants out he'll get out.
