Philly in 2 years of playing guys drafted as part of the "The Process" are better than all of them. All of these teams attempted to go for it each and every year. Philly is better than all of them currently.
Sacramento tanked for 2 years after years of trying to build around Cousins (going for it) and flopped. Now they are a playoff contender and in possession of some of the best young talent in the league.
Phoenix will also be in the mix starting next season.
