There's a difference between developing a player and missing on a draft pick. 99% of the people on this list are in the latter.

Curry,Chandler,Deng, and Kurt had no talent when the Bulls drafted them?

Curry has proven to be a sloven like pussbag. There were questions about his work ethic going back to high school.
Deng shouldn't be on the list - I think he has developed ok.
Chandler has not developed on any team he has been on - this can't be solely the Bulls fault.
Kurt has developed ok - his game has the same limititions that were spoken about during that draft.

Crawford is a step up from a mercenary. He has never seen a shot he won't take.

Duhon was a failed draft pick - he has shown moments of slightly above average. Duke players drafted = generally bad.

Not one of those players showed the talent to be better than most NBA players at anything.

Rose has already shown superiod speed compared to most NBA players.

almost every game there is a Rose spurt , in which he goes end to end and scores a few times in a row and NOBODY can hang with him

Thus making him "The Human Fastbreak II"

He's a second round pick that developed into a solid rotation guy. I'm not agreeing with this assessment on Duhon.

+1
He is avg. more assists on a piss poor Knick team, than Rose

I agree with Bernsie. Every day VDN is our coach is a wasted to for the development of DR.

it has less to do with development and more to do with horrible draft choices. most of the players they have been taking the last decade havent shown they were much of anything before the nba. so you cant blame a lack of development

- curry was shut out in the state championship by schaumburg. that shouldve been sign #1 he was a nothing
- tyson chandler was a wirey high school kid that never had much of an offensive game to begin with.
- tyrus thomas has the athleticism but nobody wouldve wanted him where the bulls took him if not for a string of games in the ncaa tournament that year. he has no real quality basketball talent and i think that was apparent in college.
- duhon was a second round pick. how many second round picks go on to have great nba careers? not too many. he has been serviceable for where he was drafted i dont see the problem with him.
- deng has been a bit of a bust mainly because of his injury plagued career so far. but i think if he can stay healthy he can improve alot. hes already shown me glimpses this season. hes still only 24. sometimes it takes guys a while to figure it out. it took jermaine o neal 5 years to become an all star.
- gordon developed into exactly what everyone figured he would be. a great scorer. and he is a great scorer despite all of his other short comings (no pun intended). he has justified his draft position in my opinion

SPOT ON. The only point I would slightly disagree is Deng. Deng had a legit injury. I think it was irresponsible of the media to say he could play through it. I think this year he has proven again that he is better than a serviceable NBA player.

Chandler may not have developed into an offensive powerhouse but he is a very solid NBA player. You can rightfully criticize the Bulls for taking them that high, but much like Joe Smith who probably didn't deserve to be a #1 overall pick, he's not a bad player. Also, note that his first 2 years in NO he posted career highs in almost every category...

i dont know about chandler. hes down to 6 points 6 rebounds a game since leaving chris paul behind. i wouldnt really call a guy that averages 8 and 8 over his career is a solid player. hes over 7 feet tall id hope he could pull down atleast 8 rebounds a game. plus it seems hes constantly having injury issues.

So maybe as opposed to the Bulls not developing him mabye we should say that Chris Paul's abilities enhanced latent talent in Chandler that was unable to surface in Chicago because of sub par PG's?
