hahahah my last post just came to life: shelden williams was overmatched by taj one on one under the basket, putting up a horrible shot from two feet away...the ball bounces to luol in the open court who rushes up one on four, you know what's going to happen, he goes to his best move: flailing at the basket and hoping to draw a foul.

btw carmelo anthony has done nothing to convince me he's a better fit for the bulls than luol deng. anyone can hit 3-4 mid-range jumpers with perfect swishes in a row. and one. fucking ballhog.

luol is certainly motivated to play tonight, but i'm thinking this will build up his confidence and we'll see some horribly forced moments later on.

What purpose does Bogans serve? I've only been able to watch the box scores so far this year aside from the opener and it seems every night he has 2 boards, 1 assist and 2 points. That does not seem good.

well the other option at guard, CJ wilson, has basically been EXTREME PARGOTIME. see, PARGOTIME was when a game was out of hand or the bulls were out of guards or "a spark" was needed and he'd come in and start chucking. CJ wilson does it regardless of the situation and right now he's higher up in the rotation than pargo ever was.

this post has been interrupted by another spirited luol deng flail at the basket. this time he missed a layup and no foul was called.

basically, near as i can tell, bogans is a warm body... a place holder. he doesnt' look to score or do anything really, so he must be OK on defense i would presume.

oh yeah, the bulls don't need this carmelo anthony guy. no way. he'd fuck up team chemistry by wanting to shoot his way to ~27 points after three quarters... that isn't championship basketball.

the bulls can't buy a basket right now... taj is overconfident after early success, luol is luol, i mean, noah is doin his thing but they called a play for him posting up with ~7 seconds left on the shot clock... maybe thibbs is going for the element of surprise?

even tho the nuggets are a pile of hooey, they have the best player on the court. the very fact that the bulls were up ~8 points around the time of the deng turnover i described with ~2-3 mins left in the quarter and are now down 2 heading into the 4th is because carmelo anthony has said "fuck it, good luck stopping me" and he's delivering the goods.
