Just watching the little bit I have of the Bull, Pau Gasol is 100x better than Boozer ever was. Whole offense / defense looks much better with him.

rose apparently said before the game, when asked about his comments about post career health-

"i dont care. i meant what i said. it doesnt bother me if fans dont like it"

so there you go. nothing to dissect here, the guy is a 100% flake. now officially the biggest ripoff in sports. i bet paxson is throwing up.

You've been all over the map with him already this year. I worry you won't make it til April, my friend.

Rose gives locker room speeches now to prepare him for life after basketball.

He'll do that to you. He was missing about 50 layups a game and had no interest in playing hard.

Sure makes it easy to root for the players in labor disputes .

I didn't see that. He's been the same guy, albeit slightly diminished, that he has his whole career. He's not a physical guy, but that doesn't mean he isn't playing hard.

There were stretches where he wasn't giving the effort others were. It was as frustrating as the missed layups. Thibs benched him because of it 1 game.

You're a tough crowd Nas. Pau is 48 years old and still playing at a borderline All Star level. He might look better if Thibs wasn't playing him 48.1 minutes a game.

100% effort from gasol is going to look like 75% effort from most nba players. hes old. but still very effective and has a huge impact on the team. and hes 1000% better than boozer.

last few plays they double team rose at half court and he cant do much about it. if he doesnt get that initial edge hes gets stopped. he looks really good tonight though. hes definitely fully recovered.

Rose looks like shit to me. His poor play let them back in. Now he's hurt again.
