Have to agree with this....

Your current opening night lineup will likely be something like this:

Kirk Hinrich, Rip Hamilton, Ronnie Brewer, Carlos Boozer and Joakim Noah

with Teague, Vlad, Darko(?), Butler, Taj off the bench.

Who's the scorer in that group? Oh lord.

Ronnie Brewer is gone.

The word is now that Deng might not even have off-season surgery. Yikes.

Maybe GarPax doesn't expect Rose back at all next year and they figure its better to be conservative, give yourself some flexibility going into 2013-14, and maybe even get a good draft pick out of it.

Once Rip and Noah have their annual injuries that squad is hot garbage....maybe they will suck so bad they will be able to get a high draft pick to pair with Rose

I like this move. I have always been a fan of completely irrational shooters though.

Gives them some offense off the bench. Would have liked him more last season than now.

So he is the Shea McClellin of the NBA?

What would happen if we could somehow fuse the two of these gentlemen into one entity?

I'm guessing we would have a solution to the looming global energy crisis in a matter of seconds.

Why would Jerry Angelo say that?

Why would Jerry Angelo say that?

Because he would have probably made the same pick.

Is McClellin injured?

Nope. Angelo liked to take guys from name brand schools. I bet he would have taken someone from Alabama.
