It's so funny how they rationalize a contract extenstion for him. Well, we're better then that horrible under achievers we were last year so lets give him more years. They should look at his 3 years as a whole and evaluate where they are with him. 30-37. Plus they've had the highest pay roll the last 2 years. That's terrible. They'll probably fire him next year and end up eating the rest of his contract. Sports is weird. You can be a horrible executive like Thomas and get this 3rd chance with the Knicks. You can be horrible and they still give you an extension. Not only that but they make you the coach as well. Hey. Whatever happened to that sexual harrasement claim that Knicks employee had against Thomas. Did that go away? |
