So they are promised, 1 of

Ayton
Donicic
JJ Jr
Bagley
Porter
Trae Young

Mark Shaunowksi also brought up a good point, Orlando is so desperate for a PG they will likely pass on someone like Porter, dropping him to the Bulls. I do feel good about at least getting one of these guys.

I think Bamba is in the mix too. Bagley and Ayton are unlikely and hopefully the Bulls drop no lower than 6. If one of the back end lottery teams sneak up into the top 3 then they drop out of the 6 slot. I'm hoping for Either JJ Jr Doncic or Porter Jr if they stay at 6.

Don't want shit to do with Trae Young or Bamba.

I thought it was pretty much all but locked in that Ayton goes 1 and Doncic goes 2? While the Bulls may end up drafting 1 or 2 if things go their way, I thought no matter which teams ends up in the spots are drafting those players?

I don't give a shit if he has a 50% bust ratio.. Trae Young also has a high percentage of becoming a superstar in this league with his shooting and passing. The comps to Curry are a bit much but he's basically a poor mans Curry shooting wise with Nash like passing. You can't pass that up.

I know Ayton is locked in at #1. Still don't believe Donic is surefire #2.

I see Dana Barros. To me he is destined to be a 6th man. His shot selection stinks and he couldn't check a ham sandwich.

Let some other GM get whacked for selecting him.

He only shot 36% from the college 3 point line. He can shoot but with terrible shot selection it is sort of nullified.

Doncic has the widest range of any of the top 6. I've seen a number of mocks place him at 2 but i've also seen a number have him going 6.

He took bad shots because the rest of that Oklahoma team was hot garbage

No coach in the league is going to let him bomb away like that. He is small and not terribly athletic. He struggles finishing at the rim also.

I hope like hell the Bulls don't draft him. NBA pgs are going to have field day with him guarding.

They said the same thing about Nash too. Quite frankly, I like watching the highlights of Young's passes the most. It's 2018, defense doesn't matter anymore.

they will not take Young, no way no how. garpax is in love with Levine&Dunn. And they are congenitally stupid.

Paxson didn't sound in love with Lavine last week at his press conference.

you think he wants to be the guy that traded Jimmy Butler for Kris Dunn?

And the 7th pick.

He certainly doesn't want to be the guy to give Lavine a max deal.

He has no wingspan whatsoever. He's not a great athlete. He's going to give you Isaiah Thomas level of defense in the NBA. Don't want anything to do with him in the lottery.

I'm fine with

Ayton
Donicic
JJ Jr
Bagley
Porter
Sexton
Bamba

Would not complain about any of those with their first pick.

Not a big fan of Young and want no part of Porter. A big that has already had back surgery before 20? I'll pass.

Maybe. Or maybe you get the next Gobert. With that wingspan the potential is there. I'd be willing to risk it at 6.

All these prospects have bust potential but it's a little ridiculous to suggest Bamba won't average 3 rpg for his career

MANY people will be pissed if the Bulls pass on Trae Young and he's the next Steve Nash/Steph Curry hybrid.

It might have been ridiculous to think that about Thabeet also. It won't seem ridiculous if he plays little because he stinks.

Whenever a guy is all upside which if translated comes out to "he ain't shit now but there is a chance that he could be" you shouldn't fuck with him

MANY more will be mad if they draft him and he turns out to be Jimmer Fredette.

He's already a great defensive player. It's not all based on potential.

I think his floor is much higher than Thabeet's. Thabeet is a bit of an extreme example. It's unlikely that Bamba becomes one of the worst players in the history of the NBA even if he "stinks" and is a bust.

Nope. I won't care one bit. That's what this pick is for. To swing for the fences. I'm not putting up with a tank to draft Mikal Bridges.

Thabeet was much more dominant of a college player than Bamba. Bamba is still very much a project.

I'd take Porter Jr in a heartbeat over Young. That's swinging for the fences.

NBA point guards are going to feast on Young.

Of course he's a project.

I'm willing to wager any amount up to $100 that he averages more than 3 rpg next year as a rookie. (5 GP minimum to qualify). What do you say?
