Random drawing for teams with the same record (ie: Portland/Minnesota for 6/7, Charlotte/Chicago/Sacramento for 8/9/10, etc) It has almost zero impact on the actual lottery. But if we don’t crack the top 3, then we pick 9th, assuming a team between 10-14 doesn’t win one of the top 3 spots and push everyone back.

If the Bulls were to get the third pick in the draft, who the hell should they take assuming Oden and Durant are off the board. (obviously they would be)

We know Oden and Durant are clearly the 1st players off the board in any order. Who are the other players we can, for certain, knock off the board as well ? Julian Wright ? Horford ?

That makes sense, but I don't know that I move the pick, even if the guy is a project, for an average player. I think the only way we can add on to our current team is to trade the pick, and a Nocioni type player.
