Random drawing for teams with the same record (ie: Portland/Minnesota for 6/7, Charlotte/Chicago/Sacramento for 8/9/10, etc) It has almost zero impact on the actual lottery. But if we don’t crack the top 3, then we pick 9th, assuming a team between 10-14 doesn’t win one of the top 3 spots and push everyone back. |

If the Bulls were to get the third pick in the draft, who the hell should they take assuming Oden and Durant are off the board. (obviously they would be) |

We know Oden and Durant are clearly the 1st players off the board in any order. Who are the other players we can, for certain, knock off the board as well ? Julian Wright ? Horford ? |

That makes sense, but I don't know that I move the pick, even if the guy is a project, for an average player. I think the only way we can add on to our current team is to trade the pick, and a Nocioni type player. |
