There are plenty of Bobby Portis in the league. I assume they offered him a very team friendly deal, and he declined. No worries. If some team offers too much in RFA, see ya later. |

Portis was approximately 150th in the NBA in 3P% last season, out of guys that played 50+ games and attempt at least 1 per game. There are only about 240-270 guys that play 50+ games each season. I'd bet good money that he will shoot 3P at less than 35.9% this season, with more total shot attempts. |

I don't know who the fuck some of you are watching, but the Portis I see is an invaluable asset to the team. He's most certainly an asshole, but fuck that. He's a hard-ass worker that rips boards, has a nice floater when he pulls up in heavy traffic and is decent from distance, lots of the missed shots on bailouts, you know. And who else on this team has scored 40 in a game (off the bench no less) since Butler left? |
