Too much White Heat. Heat by 12.

Shaq gets all the calls. Wade is able to pull together one dominating game. The Bulls keep it close but it ends up about a 10 point loss.

I agree. I think all of Shaq's flopping will be rewarded tonight. Wade will re-emerge as a dominating force tonight as well.

The Heat win tonight....their only win in the series.

Bulls will produce offensively but Miami will come out firing also. Wade will be back to form and put up 34. Shaq will score 22. It'll still be a close game but Miami will pull away in the last 3 minutes.

Miami - 101
Boo - 91

It looks like Gordon has decided to disappear in another important game.

2 early fouls tend to do that, but he looks out of sync right now.

I like the composure they showed in the 3rd. I think if they just keep it under control here, they should still win this game.

OK, according to one of the stupidest cliches that I know, the series starts now. Oh, and it's over too.

Been on baby patrol, so we watched the game and I wasn't able to post, but during the thrid quarter i wasn't concerned with the bulls being down...fourth quarter heat comeback scared me more.

And btw...shouldn't this be playoff game 3/7?

Great win and that is their 1st road playoff win since........?

What was that stat they gave?? Something like - when a team goes up 3-0, they've won the series every time (78-0)?

Only if you think it'll go seven. I think Nas was announcing his prediction.

A couple of things, Nas:

What do you think now about Skiles' coaching job? It seems to me that this team's greatest strength, by far, is their ability to get the most out of all their guys via great team play. A team like Miami has better stars, but the Bulls are a superior team due to the fact that they distribute the ball so well that there's no one guy you can stop. Normally, I don't attribute very much of a team's success or failure to coaching; but in my opinion, I think the difference between the Bulls and the rest of the league is not so much talent, but team-play. The talent is great, of course, and it figures to continue to progress with the strong foundation of defense, hard work, and team play.

How about Gordon? I would agree that Deng is the player with superior potential, but Gordon is every bit as important to the success of this team at this point, IMO. Just like I said last game, stop the one, and the other gets off; the result, again, was that both got off. Last time it was Gordon early and Deng late, this time the reverse. These two are like two sides of the Bulls' scoring coin; like always, the main scoring force was supplemented by others, due to Skiles' ability to find the guy with the hot hand.

Wallace: Still think Chandler would be worth as much? I, for one, am glad it was Wallace in there making plays and intimidating the Heat. But that's just me.

God damn I'm on a Boo high!

Skiles has done just what I expected him to do. He has the guys playing hard and at up tempo pace. Skiles is great at getting guys to buy into his system. The biggest fear I have about him is that he can't coach a star player. Looks like that might not be an issue considering the Bulls cap situation. Skiles and the rest of the staff have the Bulls believing that they can win. Hopefully that will carry over to next series if the Bulls can close this one out.

In my opinion, the Bulls are determined to win their way. If there's some player who refuses to work within Skiles' system, it won't be a problem, because they won't be around for long. I don't think that this will be a problem, because I think the day of reckoning is upon the NBA; US basketball has been exposed by international play, and the Bulls are simply ahead of the curve on the back-to-the-basics trend.

Gordon has been great. I thought he was going to fade again after his 1st half performance but he got it going when the Bulls needed him. He is by far their best scoring option. Deng is a low maintenance guy that does a little bit of everything. He reminds me of Tayshaun Prince with a higher ceiling. When you have those 2 and Hinrich going at the same time the Bulls are tough to beat.

Those two together are something. It's crazy that they were taken in the same draft. It's crazier yet that they're both very young. We need to all forget the Deng v. Gordon debate and consider how they fit in the grand scheme, giving the Bulls virtually limitless matchup options.

Wallace has been amazing throughout this series. Shaq still got his points but he is really making him earn it. His play on the defensive end and tipping balls out is a big reason the Bulls have had success this series. The thing is the Bulls won't win the NBA championship this year. They are still a couple of years away. That is the reason I didn't like the signing from the beginning. By the time they are ready to win a title Wallace won't be able to help them and he will still be making $14M a year. However I doubt Chandler would have been able to have as big an impact on this series as Wallace. Wallace is the better player for the Bulls in the playoffs this year but Chandler would be a better option a couple of years from now.

Yeah, Shaq is going to get his regardless; Wallace made it as difficult as possible, and helped out a ton in other areas. I'll tell you this much, also: the Bulls may or may not win the Championship this year, but they're right there in the mix. The Warriors stand a decent chance of winning tonight, and after watching how the Bulls have been able to get it together, I honestly believe they can play with anyone in a 7 game series. It won't be easy for any team to beat the Bulls 4 times; their lack of post-play is made up for with a great deal of flexibility and great defense and team play. The Bulls are able to at least stay right there in almost every game; it's just a matter of closing out, and they're improving quickly in that regard.

I'm sure Skiles will have that on the black board for game 4 Nas.

Win it for Nas. He was only a sophomore in High School the last time we did this

What's with bullshit calls on Hinrich? He too needs to calm down and not throw his arms up in disdain. Refs seem to have a major beef with him and he only makes it worse. I bet the jagoffs were laughing their asses off when he got leveled with about 5 minutes to go.

I agree. If he didn't react just about every time, I think he'd be better off. But I can also sympathize, because I'm not the type of person who takes getting gypped well.
