Ok guys this game is one of my favorite all-time.

I remember being so excited for this game.

Remember, this was the game after game 6 where Reggie Miller hit that game winning 3 in Indy and he was jumping around in circles in shock.

This is the game where the Bulls barely won, they were gassed, and it is the game that makes me believe they would NOT have won the following year if they kept the team together. The Pacers just about had caught up to the Bulls, and the Sixers were on the rise as well.

Amazing that Luc Longley hit the game-clinching shot in this game.

Anyway, it's on TODAY on NBATV at 4PM CDT!!

Do not miss this! This was old-school brutal hard-knocks basketball at its finest!

There should be a thread for all of these classic games instead of a new thread for every single game.

Hard to believe the Bulls managed to get the lead.

They looked so terrible to start.

Scott Burrell. Forgot about him.

Somehow got going by drawing a bunch of fouls, and then incredible offensive rebounding in the 2nd quarter.

Tune in now!

the defense is amazing, rising up when it counts, forcing a tough Pacers team into mistakes.

It's not too late to tune in guys, the exciting finish coming up!

Jordan sucked this game. Had nothing left. Pacers forgot to rebound - that's why they lost. I guess they followed FF and Rick's philosophy of rebounds not mattering that much.

the pacers had all the advantages foul-wise.

With 9 min left in 4th quarter, the Bulls had 4 team fouls, the Pacers only 1.

Yet it was MJ down the stretch that constantly drew fouls, the Pacers didnt take advantage and draw fouls.

Also, strange that Reggie didnt do shit in the 4th quarter.

Forgot that Larry Bird was the coach in this series. Explains why Pacers were so tough.

I didnt think Bird coached until after the Jordan years.

Also, noticed that Rick Carlisle was one of Bird's coaches. Went on to coach Dallas to a title 13 years later.

Everybody sucked if youre talkin about shooting. Pacers were a tough defensive team in the half court.

But MJ was aggressive in drawing fouls (even though he got a lot of calls) down the stretch, and propelled the team even though it was a total team effort.

somehow got 28 points.
