What is your win total prediction with Noah? What is that win total prediction with the guy you wanted?

From the way you guys are talking I'm expecting a 20 win swing. LOL.

I know it's rude to answer a question with a question but here goes:

What are the Bulls better at with Noah than they were before they had him? What part of the game does this top 10 pick improve for them?

Bulls with Kobe=NBA Finals appearance.

Not if you're trading Deng, Gordon and Thomas.

That's kind of my point. It was a shitty draft from 9 on down. We weren't gonna get that much better no matter who we picked. Noah will be a big body who hustles and gets boards.

Everybody thinks having the 9 pick means you should get a stud. Look at the drafts the last 10 years or so. 7-15, for the most part, are just role guys.

Noah is probably going to fight with Thomas for the starting PF spot, and I think they will share that position all year.

The Bulls won 49 games last year. With continued improvement of Deng, Gordon, Hinrich, and Thomas, they probably can jump into the 52-55 win group.

I think the drafting of Noah makes the Bulls a better team today - and I think that was the tie breaker between him and Hawes. They definitely still need inside scoring, but they now have 2 PF's (Thomas/Noah) with the ability to hold down the PF spot.

WTF are you talking about? This draft was deep. There were better players taken after Noah. Some were at positions the Bulls didn't need and others were at positions they needed. Noah probably is the worst player in the top 20.

Draft was pretty deep.....No doubt about it.

You've been listening to the ESPN guys too much Nas. Everybody is great on draft day. We didn't need another guard anyway. He wouldn't play much. Gordon and Kirk are getting their 35 minutes. Tabo's gonna get minutes they don't play.

Look, talk to me half way through the season and we'll see how these HOFers the Bulls passed up on are doing.

I'm the one who talked everybody down after the Hester draft. However, as Midget will remind me, I'm the guy who thought the Sox would win 110 last year.

I agree, Nas. I would also add that some of these guys--like Wright, Young, Chandler, etc.,--may take time to develop and thus won't have a huge impact next year. The point, though, is that they will develop, unlike Noah.

I should also add that Tiago Splitter will be a very, very good player in the league for many years. He will sit out next year and then be better in his first NBA game than Noah ever will be in his entire career.

This is possibly the dumbest comment I've ever read on this board.

I'm looking for 53. Single digit home losses (32-9) and above .500 on the road (21-20).

Well by the time they develop Kobe will have that out in his contract and the Bulls will sign him. So then a role player like Noah will be what the Bulls need. They won't need anybody else since Kobe will be taking all the shots. Kobe can get out in 2 years. So there you go Nas.

Is Billups going back to Detroit or is he headed somewhere else like Orlando ????

They sure seemed like they were preparing for their future without him.

Just a little exageration to make a point with the HOFer thing. I thought you'd get it Midget.
