I think Drummond leaves in free agency and maybe they sign another bench player.

If they were serious about actually improving the team (not for next year, but beyond)....Let DeRozan walk, trade Caruso for draft picks, keep Zach and see if he improves his stock (I think they will trade him at the first offer though)...Realistically, they are stuck with Vuc for 2 more years, but he should be limited in use going forward. Let any younger players develop (or not) and let's see if that lands them a higher lottery pick (assuming they have their own pick) and stop spending money on aging veterans who can only get you to a play-in.
