Wow Nas are you going to submit this to the Trib or Sun-Times? Very nce reading. The only thing I kind of have an argument with is that you state after Pip refused to take the court when Phil let Toni take the shot that Pip stayed with Phil and flourished over the next four years. Didn't a certain someone come back after that year though. Might have something to do with it. I guess I never realized there was a definite method to his madness, or lack thereof. I'm just grateful he got 6 in Chicago. |

Looks to me like the only feeling you had was a stirring in your pants. |

Tmurf, that certain someone hitched a ride on Scottie Pippen's back en route to 6 titles. Remember that buddy. |

Thats an exageration for sure Kid, but its seriously a shame how little credit Scottie gets. He was not Robin to MJ's Batman, thats for damn sure. I still say Phil Jackson is over rated. He is definitely one of the best coaches in the league, but I dont have him as the best of all time. |

I think Phil was the best in his era. Yeah, he had the best player ever (Michael Jeffrey Jordan), and that player had great support (Scottie Pippen, Horace Grant, etc.), but a lot of coaches could have just wasted that opportunity. Remember, behind every great coach are great players. All this bickering about Pip is unnecessary IMO. The Bulls won, and Pippen was a great player, and they continued on to win a total of 6 titles together. Good times. |

You're right. But as the president of the Scottie Pippen Asslicking Society, I feel it's my job to make his greatness known to the world. Pippen was: 1). Better than Julius Erving 2). Better than Dominique Wilkins 3). Better than James Worthy 4). Better than Walt Frazier 5). Better than George Gervin 6). Better than Clyde Drexler 7). Better than Grant Hill 8 ).Better than Penny Hardaway 9). Better than Tracy McGrady 10). Lebron... |

Correct 9. Correct 10. Too soon to tell |

He was for sure better than 4 & 5. This is one of the 20 best players of all time. Maybe the best defensive player of the past 30 years. |

I put "maybes" for the guys who played when I was too young to really remember. I don't think its fair for me to give a definite answer. |
