Golly. No one saw this coming.

That would be quite entertaining..... not in a good way, but entertaining none the less...

Norm should have nothing to do with the Bulls outside of his current role on Comcast.

I mean I mean I mean when you have a coach, he will coach the players. Some players like to coach themselves, but that is really a coaches place, you know to coach the players. Thats the coach's job. I mean the only guy who could coach himself was Bret Farve. And and he probably could have coached everyone around him too, but he certainly could have coached himself. But the thing about Bret Farve is that he doesn't play basketball so I don't think he could help the Bulls out much in thier situation.

John Madden wouldn't misspell his favorite players name, Frank...

I just hope they don't bring Larry Brown.

Couldn't agree more. The carpet bagging Larry Brown is exactly the attitude we don't need. He's basketball savvy, but there's more than that to coaching.

Paxson's assertion that the next head coach needn't have previous HC experience worries me somewhat. We've had rookies in the position before with deleterious effects.

It could be someone none of us would ever guess. Scott Skiles was considered a shot in the dark hire at the time, and overall I would consider his tenure here successful.

Im in the minority here, but I wouldnt mind Larry Brown being hired here. It would almost guarantee us back in the playoffs. I'd prefer someone else but I wouldnt mind seeing him.

I don't think the Bulls are still in the Doug Collins mode(Skiles). I think Paxson is looking for a Phil Jackson.

Given Phil's track record, I'm fairly confident every GM would give his left nut to land a Phil Jackson.
