Police were called to Thomas's house in Harrison, New York, just after midnight for a report of a possible overdose of a 46- year-old male, WABC-TV reported, citing police sources. The former NBA basketball player and coach is 47, the network said. The incident is being treated as an overdose and not a suicide attempt, WABC-TV said, citing police. No one's saying for sure, but while Isiah Thomas is 47 years old, Knicks' team officials are disputing the initial reports that he was rushed to the hospital late this afternoon...It's a very sensitive subject, fans, and Isiah is requesting privacy in this situation. |
