I asked it before and I'll ask again, will someone give me a list of reasons Pax should still be GM?

Between the NFL playoffs and the Hawks game I don't think many around here paid any attention to the Bulls

Oklahoma City outscored the Bulls 15-4 in overtime, and the Thunder, who had just 1 road win all season, actually beat Vinny Del Negro's injury-ravaged Bulls 108-98. Kevin Durant had 28 with 14 rebounds to lead the Thunder, the former Seattle Sonics, to only their second road win and their 6th of the season. This was as embarrassing as the one last Saturday, also a "2 WGN" game available nationally, in which the Minnesota Timberwolves won 102-92 in a similar clunker at United Center. Yes, the fans gave the Bulls the business and booed throughout this one. Up next, a likely loss to the Portland Blazers Monday night before a roadie in Toronto Wednesday & a nationally televised date vs. LeBron James & the red hot Cavs at the U.C. Thursday. I bet the folks at TNT are thrilled about televising that one...NOT!

They made a wise decision. They basically would of saw the basketball equivalent of a Jake Delhomme out there tonight...albeit the Bulls actually had a chance, but still...

Reinsdorf and that's all that matters unfortunately....

I've got a question...Was tonight's overtime clunker vs. Oklahoma City or last Saturday's 10 point loss to Minnesota the worst losses of the season for the Bulls?

The loss to Oklahoma City is much worse.

I think Nick Collison getting 21 and 9 is worse.

That's pretty close.

I can't say that I'm surprised:

On January 3rd, I wrote:
They could lose to Oklahoma City in a few days and it really wouldn't surprise me in the least.

I suppose I had a bit of an epiphany after the Minnesota loss. If I learn to expect nothing from them, I'll never be disappointed. I tortured myself by watching most of the OKC game fully expecting the Bullz to play as heartless, gutless, and unskilled as they did. They look like a D-League team. In fact, I'm sure there are some D-League teams that would beat this team.

This organization needs a nearly complete overhaul, reminiscent of the 1980 Saturday Night Live cast, where all the cast members and writers got fired except for Eddie Murphy and Joe Piscopo. Derrick Rose = Eddie Murphy and Ben Gordon = Joe Piscopo.
