Very disappointing to hear Norm's comments on the post game show tonight - complaining that he wasn't invited to be part of the festivities. Have some class, Norm. It's Johnny's night, not yours. And if you had a beef with it, you should have taken it up with Reinsdorf in advance. Or, if you wanted to bitch after the fact, done so in private.

I've liked Norm over his career, but he's becoming more obnoxious the last couple of years. If he's so unhappy being around the Bulls, feel free to leave anytime. They've been paying his rent for quite a while now. I don't think TNT, ESPN, or NBA TV would be beating down his door if he stopped covering the Bulls. Does he really think the retread "attitude!" bits he spouts off are compelling analysis?

Welcome back, Bucket!

I used to love listening to Norm when he did the radio postgame show with Carmen, but you're absolutely right when you say his game has slipped the past couple of years. I still enjoy his presence on the Comcast postgame, though.

Not saying your wrong about anything, but keyword is post game. Norm could have taught not only these Bulls, but past Bulls, how to play the game. He's honest. What a breath of fresh air in Chicago reporters who suck up or don't ask tough questions.
Maybe that's the reason he never has been hired to coach the team. Or one of those dummies on ESPN. Please don't say you learn anything from those guys who say the same thing. And never has anything bad to say about their peeps.

Did you get some bad news on the show recently? Why so angry at Comcast?
