Wade vs. Rose. Is The kid recovered from that devasting pick????? Probably with the dumb Vinny will have Gordon watch Wade (like he had Gordon on Hamilton??? What the hell was that?) Gordon has been on one of his hot steaks lately and Thomas and Noah seem to play better without Gooden around so the Bulls big 104-92. PS. Lindsey Hunter stay the fuck away from Rose you remind me of Randy Brown!

The Bulls & Heat tip off just after 6p this eve to accommodate TNT, just so you know...The Bulls won't have Drew Gooden available again tonight due to nagging groin & ankle trouble, but Derrick Rose should be good to go despite feeling a little woozy at the end of the 107-102 win over Detroit Tuesday night. As for this eve, I'll be interested to see if the Bulls can slow down Dwyane Wade, something they didn't do in the first game. Wade had 28 in Miami's 90-77 win at AmericanAirlines Arena December 26th. I think Wade goes for 30 tonight, but Rose gets 23 & 10 assists & 27 for Ben Gordon as the Bulls head to the All-Star break with a 6 point win.

Are you fucking kidding me?

Inbounding the ball with 4 seconds left in a tie game and Derick Rose is out of the game. That is amazing. Your best player isn't in the game. Vinny should be shot.

I'll never understand this. I want to hear what Vinny says.

What type of strategy is it to have your best player out of the game in the closing seconds of a tie game? It was 4 seconds. Rose could have drove to the lane in that time. He would have scored or drawn a foul.

Tabo was inbounding and with Kirk and Gordon at the guards.

Get Noah to inbound and get Rose in the game. I dont see many games and most I watch online but it seems like the Bulls have poor pick and roll D, lots of mismatches on D in the post.

Without even thinking it over much, I can confidently say this was one of the saddest ends to a game I've ever witnessed. That in-bounds was just atrocious. And I too noticed that Rose wasn't on the floor. Ugh.

Nice night for Beasley though.

Oh, shit, I just realized that Rose wasn't in for the in-bounds. I had assumed that Thabo was a defensive substitution, put in for his size. Wow! That's a fireable offense. Not having your best player -by far- in for an in-bound with 4 seconds in a tie game? I can't imagine what the excuse for that would look like.

They switch a lot, which frequently leaves them exposed.

Yeah. Rose has become that "look for" guy to me now. He's that good.

So I'm looking for him before the ref gives the ball to Tabo. I don't see him and I yell "FUCK YOU VINNY"

That is just horrible. No coach in the history of the NBA would have Rose out of the game in that spot.

Tabo can inbound the ball. Fine. Gordon has to be in. But how is Kirk a better option? You want him with the ball with 4 seconds instead of Rose? Fuck you Vinny!!!! You dumb fuck.

Yeah, that's just ridiculous. There's no doubt about it: Rose is their best player. Period. Your best player is always in with 4 seconds left in a tie game and the possession arrow in your favor. That's just common knowledge.

I've never been one to wish a team lose to get a better draft pick, but at this point, isn't that the best thing for this team?

Beasly looked good tonight but at best, he's the third best player in the draft. At best.

Yes. I hate every loss as it's happening, but hate every win in retrospect.

Either Silvy's been reading my posts, or I'm starting to think a little too much like Silvy for my comfort: he used that exact phrase to describe that exact scenario.

After another great comeback, that ending was one of the worst Ive seen in a long time. First, Kirk makes that great defensive play with the steal and gets the timeout. I figure that the worst case scenario at this point is overtime. The inbound pass on the next play by Thabo was awful. Someone has to come to him and receive the inbound pass. They were out of timeouts and he had no choice but to force it in to someone. He should've instead thrown it to someone at midcourt. At least they couldve played for overtime then. And I also don't understand why Rose wasn't on the floor there either. The next play by Miami was horribly defended and Marion just waltzed is way to the hoop. To me it looked like Tyrus blew his assignment, wouldn't be a first. Thabo should have hammered Marion when he was going to the basket. That layup was pretty much uncontested. The Bulls were left with 1.1 to do something with no timeouts. In this scenario, you have to thrown the homerun pass and hope your team can get a shot away (Christian Laettner style). But instead the ball was inbounded to Tyrus Thomas in the backcourt, and he threw up a prayer. Not a very high percentage shot. Did I mention the 10 seconds of that game really pissed me off?
