It's amazing how many people fell in love with Deng because of the playoff series he had against the Heat when nobody was guarding him. He is a decent player who really hasn't improved that much over the past couple years. Remember when Skiles tried to sell people on the idea that Deng was going to be a low-post scoring threat?

It wasn't unreasonable to expect him to continue to improve. Unfortunately there was no improvement up until the past month or so. You were right about him not being an all star.
