While I don't think Rose is going to be as great as Jordan I think it's pretty clear if the Bulls are champions again he will be the centerpiece. We have the centerpiece we need the tables and chairs. In other words like Jordan had Pippen is Rose's Pippen on the current roster? (I personally think the Bulls don't win 6 titles without Pippen no matter how great Jordan was. 1 or 2 yes but not 6). And of course they also need a Grant/Rodman. Is the person who will be the 3rd most important player on the team. Maybe they have him but not the equivalent of a Pippen. Just curious. I love the Bulls but not really a big follower of the league as a whole. |
