No one better ever come on here again and talk about the fact Noah is not a good player and an important part of this team. Yes, COF, I am looking right at you.

I agree.

No Forward has been more valuable to any team as Noah is to the Bulls.

the guy is just an absolute pain in the ass for other teams. anyone i know outside of bulls fans HATE him. they say hes a crybaby and shit, but i tell them thats not crying thats him mocking his inferiors. then i say "well, does he suck?" they say "no.." i then say "no he dont. he kicks the shit out of almost anyone around him. if nothing else he will make the other guy want to kick the shit out of him".

Defines Hustle rarely seen from a big man. Tonight he had the baby hook miss from 1 foot out, got his on reboun dand then missed the dunk, but huge hsutle during all of it and nobody wants to get in his way and he is much stronger than most people think now.

Bought himself a nice new house in Bannockburn as well, next to one of my guys,

When all the Melo trade talk was goin around out here I was on the trade Noah if you have to. I was dead wrong. He is an untouchable. Not many players like him come around very often. Not the best scorer but his defense, intensity, hustle and love for the dirty work hasn't been seen around here since the Worm was wreaking havoc here

But I thought not wanting to trade Noah was basketball retarded. If you could get Caramello for him, YOU HAD TO DO THE DEAL. It has to be the right way to go, I heard it on the radio.

Bump...
Not sure when we will have NBA basketball again, so this might be mute. Noah found out his ankle is still screwed in a routine medical exam. Ankle issue again. Gonna be out a while to get it taken care of.

Long term this is not a good sign. He is incapable of staying healthy. If we ever get this guy to play 70 regular season games and a full playoff schedule I would be shocked. I am thinking we need to shop him while we can still get something for him. It won't happen anytime soon, but it has to happen.

I thin Noah was a great pick by the Bulls and it has really paid off. The bad part is that he does get injured often and like the previous poster said, he might be a liability. But right now I think he brings more value to the team. Unless there's a golden trade opportunity, I wouldn't deal him.

But how do you feel about Shannon Brown?

Fuck Noah,Scalibrine going to Italy!

By K.C. Johnson, Tribune reporter

3:58 p.m. CDT, August 24, 2011
Brian Scalabrine is headed to Italy.

The free-agent forward, who spent last season with the Bulls, will attend Benetton Treviso's training camp without a contract before making a decision on his future. That's the same team for which Toni Kukoc once played.

Scalabrine couldn't get an NBA out in talks with the club should the NBA lockout end. So with a wife and two young daughters home in the States, the fan favorite will attend training camp in Italy and monitor the state of the lockout. Before the lockout started, Bulls management told Scalabrine it's open to his return.

National Basketball Association "I'm going off the grid, growing the beard and going dark for now," Scalabrine joked via text message.

Well, since it's written, as opposed to spoken, that's likely true. But I think it's a moot point, because no one's sure when we will have NBA basketball again.

Can't find it. You had a random beef aboot spelling/gramer on the bored. Kids these days. Actually seemed more tongue in cheek, but I ran with it. Mr. Reasons probably gets rankled more than you, but he is old and crotchety, so it's to be expected.

I don't know what problem I could possibly have with your gramer

wow we gave noah a lot of love in this thread. at the moment all i think of when i head "joakim" is OUCHY. just stay healthy this year jo. we dont care if you do your primadonna dance during the regular season, yeah we get it you think youre as badass as caleb hanie does. we still need u there for all the games. specially this year. then you can go ahead and do that playoff annihilation thing you tend to do.. and THEN i might think of you as an allstar. well, score once and awhile too thats another thing i dont even want to talk about

Yeah, he was hurt and sucked. He and Boozer to the bench of almost every minute in the 4th quarter the last 9 or 10 games. That's a lot of money riding the pine in crunch time.

Something has happened in the last 5 games, and Noah seems to finally have turned things around this season. He's playing like he was at the beginning of last season. He's been great defensively, very active on the offensive glass, and is actually scoring at times. Hopefully this continues into the playoffs.

Noah is definately the type of player that plays to the level of his competition and games against thes Pacers and Heat have woke him up. He will be absolutely fine in the playoffs. Now C-Booz on the other hand....

Noah was pretty slightly above average in last year's playoffs.

Noah brought alot of rebounding and defensive intensity in the playoffs. He struggles to stop a big center like Hibbert in the post but that didn't seem to matter too much in the Pacers series and then he played well against Josh Smith and Al Horford in the Atlanta series. Obviously Noah is never going to take over alot of the scoring load but the rebounding and shot blocking he gives you is a positive in a playoff series.
